Tărcaia (Comuna Tărcaia)

Tărcaia (Köröstárkány) is a commune in Bihor County, Crișana, Romania with a population of 1,969 people. It is composed of four villages: Mierag (Mérág), Tărcaia, Tărcăița (Tárkányka) and Totoreni (Tatárfalva).

Tărcaia lies along the river bank of the Crișul Negru in the southeastern part of Bihor County, around 65 km south-east of Oradea and 4 km south of Beiuș.

Romania (România ) is a country located at the crossroads of Central, Eastern, and Southeastern Europe. It borders Bulgaria to the south, Ukraine to the north, Hungary to the west, Serbia to the southwest, Moldova to the east, and the Black Sea to the southeast.
